When you sign up for DialADoctor.com, you can call and speak to a doctor as often as you like. There are no limitations on the number of times you can call, the lengths of your calls, or what you can talk about with the doctor. - Who will I speak to when I call DialADoctor.com?
When you call DialADoctor.com, you will speak to a board-certified physician with extensive training and experience in the medical field. - Can I choose which doctor I speak to when I call DialADoctor.com?
No. When you call DialADoctor.com, you will automatically be routed to a doctor in your state who is ready to take your call. We use automatic routing to ensure that you'll always be able to speak to a doctor when you need one. All of our doctors are highly-qualified and will be able to review your medical history before recommending a treatment. - Will the doctor I'm speaking to know my medical history?
Yes. When you speak to a DialADoctor.com physician, he'll have full access to your medical history so that he can make a fully-informed decision regarding what treatment to recommend. - What happens if the doctor I'm speaking to cannot diagnose me over the phone?
If the DialADoctor.com doctor cannot diagnose you over the phone, he'll recommend that you visit your primary care physician or a specialist for further evaluation. - Can I rate the doctors I speak to?
Yes. At the end of each call, you'll be asked if you'd like to rate the doctor you spoke to. You'll then be asked a series of questions about the physician, which you can respond to using the touch-tone keypad on your phone. These ratings help DialADoctor.com continue to bring you the highest-quality phone-based healthcare available. - Can I talk to a doctor at night, on the weekend, or on holidays?
Yes, you can talk to a doctor anytime. There are always doctors available to help you at DialADoctor.com. - Are the calls recorded?
No, DialADoctor.com calls are not recorded. All of your DialADoctor.com conversations are completely private. - Is talking to a doctor on the phone as effective as visiting a doctor in person?
Studies have found that 80% of all doctor visits are purely informational; no actual treatment is administered by the doctor during these visits. In these cases, physically being at the doctor's office is usually unnecessary and results in wasted time for both you and the doctor. DialADoctor.com phone visits are every bit as effective as office visits in these instances and are actually easier and more efficient than going to see a physician in person. - What languages do DialADoctor.com physicians speak?

DialADoctor.com accepts all major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. - Does DialADoctor.com accept health insurance?
No, DialADoctor.com does not accept health insurance. If applicable, you can submit DialADoctor.com's CMS 1500 receipt to be applied toward your deductible. In addition, the cost of a DialADoctor.com call is a qualified expense that can be paid for with your HSA, FSA, or HRA account.
